I purchased a Perfect Draft machine in April, used it less than a handful of times during this 5 month period and it has now completely packed in. Contacted the company and received a pathetic response more or less saying, "tough, 30 day guarantee only, your problem now, have a nice evening". Originally, when ordered the machine was well below the grade 4/5 that was selected but gave the company the benefit of the doubt. Clearly that was an error on my part as it was probably deliberate looking back. The company are up there with one of the worst I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. Would definitely advise all potential purchasers to avoid this company. I've now purchased a new one direct from Philips. JOKE OF A COMPANY, AVOID!!

Being a newbie to beer machines, I put my trust in Mr Beer Machine. I was not disappointed. Super fast and secure delivery. Any questions I had were answered fast. As for customer service could not fault. Would reccomend this company to anyone looking for a machine or supplies A++++++

Absolutely amazing company. Ordered a 5/5 machine on Monday for my partners birthday. We are in Scotland Was very weary about it but it was delivered today and we are absolutely over the moon with it not a single mark or scratch on it as described in 5/5 option. Well worth the price. Would highly recommend

Yes they are fast at getting item out to you but where they fail is telling you that your item will have a lot of scratches and marks on it. Yes I fully understand the item is used but I was not expecting it to have so much damage on it. When I contact them they could not care at all and where unwilling to do anything for me, they answer was return it that’s it. Poor service and poor customer service.

I could not be happier with my new Blade or the service form Mitchel and the crew at beermachine. Extremely helpful pre-sale, gave me so much helpful information on the blade machine but also best places in Ireland to buy kegs and Facebook groups to join to join the community. When I placed the order the machine arrived from Holland in 4 days with some lovely surprises in the box to go with it. Very happy customer.

Great service, got a package of glasses within a few days. Glasses were careful en royally wrapped in foil so nothing could break. Tap is also working great. Really recommend mr beermachine.
