Orders, deliveries and returns
If you have ordered then you will receive confirmation from us. Then we pack all the products carefully. Finally, we ship the order within 48 hours. (Except weekends).
My shipping address needs to be changed, where can I do that?
Please leave us a message with your order number and the right address. We will change the address.
We use DPD. For UK our average delivery timeframe is 4-5 working days. For Ireland 2-5 working days.
DPD will try to deliver two times. Please leave us a message if the delivery was not succesfull.
Take pictures of the exterior package, parcel label, interior package, products and packing material. Send them to Info@MrBeerMachine.com. We will send you new items as soon as possible. Instructions will be given.
We accept returns, however buyer pays postage. Buyer is responsible for the return. Tracked postage is required.
